4 Things to Adopt a Less is More Lifestyle


Things change when you adopt a less is more mentality.  They must.  Check out these four things to tweak this week:

  1. Deal with your shopping habit.  Less shopping equals less spending.   Less shopping equals less clutter.
  2. Work for yourself.  Are you paying someone to do something that you could do yourself?  This is the week to work for yourself.  Create financial margin by working a couple of more hours a week.
  3. Clear it out.  If you haven't used it recently, say in a year or so, get rid of it.  Consider how you can give away or sell clothes, decorations, tools, and other household items.
  4. Trust God as your provider.  Are you praying about your needs?  Are you trusting God to make change in your family?  Working in your own strength and power is exhausting.  Partnering with God is life-giving!
