So, I know that I promised this update on Tuesday and it's now Thursday. Forgive me for that. The wheels of change move slowly at times. Well, here it is. On Sunday, I accepted the call to be the Senior Pastor of Parkway Church in Victoria, TX. Where is that you ask? If you make a triangle between Houston, Corpus, and San Antonio, Victoria is right in the middle of no where. The town is just big enough not to be too small. So, why Victoria? Well, it's all about the people and Parkway Church. I served at Parkway for six years before moving to DC in 2000. The people at Parkway are loving, passionate for Christ and hungry for leadership. I am honored to lead this church and humbled by the opportunity.

You have no idea how long the small groups and Bible study groups have been praying for "a man after God's own heart". One that would speak those words and preach out of God's word, not phrases or part of a verse, but the whole thing as God had His men put down.
