Today, I got a call at 9:30 AM asking if I was available to preach at the MBC services this weekend. Of course my answer was YES. I was quick to say yes then it sunk in that I just agreed to preach to over 7000 people with less than a day to prepare. My quick prayer was that God would show me the message he wanted me to preach and quickly. He delivered. Tonight, I preached a message on thankfulness and lead our congregation to experience Christ through Communion. Tomorrow, I get to do it three more times!
